The player didn't receive the bonus he thought he played with.
The player, Perkymang, made a deposit of €10 in order to receive a 250% match bonus. He never received it and three emails later, the casino said he was supposed to use a certain code and wager €39.95 on Starburst game. The player claimed he used a totally different promotion code and said they were probably looking at a different account but his. Perkymang checked his emails and his account where he assured himself he used a different code and his account was left with €0.09. There is no further update on this case available.

The casino started to ignore the player and never responded to their request. The complaint remains unresolved.

Mark, the player, made a deposit and won €1500. He had sent all the necessary documents for verification and online chat representative promised him to proceed his withdrawal request in 48 hours period. About a week later, Mark contacted the support team for an update and they informed him about some documents missing. He was asked to submit a picture of him holding ID in his hand, a bank statement that showed he really made a deposit and a proof of card that was linked to the wire transfer. Ever since then, there had been no update on this case and it remains unresolved.
