 100% a scam. I've played here an whole year. I've made 5/6 deposit. I decided to take a free bonus and won 180$ I did everything they asked to get my information approved. When it was time to pay me they took my fund because I have had free bonuses before and that I needed to make a deposit to receive the funds. REALLY. Remember you guys I made a deposit and lost before I took the free bonus. These people only wanted my information.

Thank you so much. I don't know if anything can be done about my complaint. I was so mad I deactivated my account with them. I really want to warn gamers about them.


TTwonn, I found this term in the Bonus T&Cs, which might explain your situation (https://www.desertnightscasino.com/terms-conditions/bonus-tc), section Free Bonuses:

"9. Customers cannot redeem multiple free-bonuses/free-spins offer consecutively: When a customer uses two or more free bonuses without making a real money deposit in between, management reserves the right to void any bonuses and winnings."

In your initial message you mentioned, that you had free bonuses before. Did you make a deposit before you redeemed your last free bonus?
